What I can do for your business

Eight services, one person accountable. Pick the one you need now; they are built to work together when you need more.

How a project runs

The same sequence every time, written down before any work starts, so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Video call

A free call on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet about your business, your customers and what the website needs to do.

  2. 02

    Written scope and quote

A written scope in plain English: pages, features, languages, timeline and price in AED. Nothing starts until you approve it.

  3. 03

    Design

Key pages are designed first, in English and Arabic where needed, so you approve the direction while changes are still cheap.

  4. 04

    Build on a preview link

I build on a private preview link you can open on your own phone. You see progress as it happens, not on launch day.

  5. 05

    Launch

Go-live in your own hosting and domain accounts, with redirects, analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools set up.

  6. 06

    Handover and care

A walkthrough of how to manage the site, a written handover, and optional ongoing maintenance if you want someone looking after it.

Proof you can check yourself

No testimonials I wrote myself and no borrowed numbers. Just things you can open and verify.

Live sites, not mock-ups
Every project in the portfolio links to the client's live website. Open them on your phone and see how they load and behave.
A Dubai property website
Sunlink Properties, a Dubai Marina real estate consultancy: property search with AED price filters, a listing of 200+ developments and a scroll-led project experience page.
A consistent modern stack
Seven of the eight sites shown run on Next.js; Sunlink runs on React with Vite. These are custom builds, not page-builder templates.
This website is a sample
The site you are reading is my own build: fast, server-rendered, and published in English and Arabic with separate URLs and proper right-to-left layout.

Questions UAE business owners ask

You're not in the UAE. How does that work?

Everything a website project needs happens online: video calls on Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, messages on WhatsApp or email, and a private preview link you can open at any time. I schedule my working hours to overlap with UAE business hours (GST, UTC+4). I don't offer in-person meetings or site visits, and I'm upfront about that from the first call.

Do you build Arabic websites?

Yes. I build bilingual Arabic and English websites with proper right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography, separate URLs for each language and hreflang tags so search engines show the right version. I am not a native Arabic writer, so Arabic copy is written or reviewed by a native speaker (your team or a professional translator) before launch.

What does a website cost in the UAE?

It depends on the number of pages, whether you need Arabic as well as English, and any custom features such as listings, bookings or an online store. I quote after a call, in writing and in AED, with exactly what is included. You won't get a price list from me because two projects are rarely the same.

Can you help us appear in ChatGPT and Google AI answers?

I can make your site eligible and easy to cite, but nobody can guarantee a mention. What helps: being properly indexed in Google and Bing, not blocking the search crawlers that AI tools use, fast server-rendered pages, and clear, specific content that answers real questions. I set all of that up and explain what changed.

Who owns the website when it's finished?

You do. Your domain, hosting, analytics and code repository are set up in your name, or in accounts you already have. If we stop working together, nothing needs to be handed back.

How do enquiries reach us?

Usually through a short form and a 'Message on WhatsApp' button with a pre-filled message, both tracked so you can see which pages bring enquiries. Form enquiries can go to email, your CRM or both.

How do we pay?

Quotes are in AED, with milestone payments such as a deposit, design sign-off and launch. Invoicing arrangements and any taxes that apply to you are confirmed in writing before work starts.
